UNIVERSITY PROFESSORS
If you are a university professor, you have
the following options for your green card:

Labor Certification (optional special
recruitment): if your university has conducted a competitive recruitment and selection process
on your behalf within 18 months of your selection through advertising in a national publication, a labor certification may be filed on behalf of you without any further recruitment.

Labor Certification (Schedule A, Group II): if you are a university teacher in
the sciences or arts with international recognition for previous years and intend to practice in same field, you may file this pre-certified labor certification along with your immigrant petition and/or adjustment of status.

Extraordinary Ability petition;
-
Outstanding Professor;
-
National Interest Waiver;
and
-
Basic Labor Certification.
