USCIS resume premium processing for I-140s
U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS)
announces that the agency will resume premium processing for most I-140s
from June 29.
Two types of I-140s are not included from premium
processing: 1. multinational executives and managers;
and 2. national interest waivers. ¡@ |
