PPROVAL OR NO FEE* PACKAGE

For well-deserved clients, we provide the most comprehensive services with a fee package "Approval or No Fee*" for following categories:

1. EB2, National Interest Waiver (NIW); 
2. EB-1A, Extraordinary Ability; and
3. EB-1B Outstanding Professors or Researchers

Through our extended experience from 1998, Chao Law Firm is capable of and confident to offer such service for our attorney fee based on the favorable result since we sincerely believe that your petition is, more likely than not, to satisfy the legal requirements of immigration category under which you are seeking for. If your credentials, in our opinion, is not strong enough to get a petition approved, we will candidly suggest to wait and improve credentials before taking your case. Because we will initially evaluate each individual's credentials on a case-by-case basis and carefully prepare each client's personalized petition, our firm enjoys an approval rate approximately 99% on the above petitions for over a decade.

On "Approval or No Fee" service, our attorney fees include drafting and revising six recommendation letters, drafting the petition letter, preparing petition package, submitting the package to USCIS, and responding to Request for Further Evidence (RFE), if any, without additional charge. 

In an unlikely circumstance, if your petition is denied by a USCIS adjudicator with a questionable and deviate adjudicatory standard,  you decide not to file any motion to USCIS by sending a written notice to us, we will refund your attorney fee to you while filing fee and expenses are not refundable*.

"Approval or No Fee*" Schedule

Attorney fee: one-half due when attorney-client agreement signed, one-half due when package of the petition is ready to file

USCIS filing fee*: $700 each petition

Expenses*: $50 for USPS shipping, copying and printing, or $100 if overnight or private courier is requested 

Refund: if the petition is denied in an unlikely circumstance and a client decides not to take any further action by sending us a written notice, whole attorney fee will be refunded to the client. Guaranteed.  
 
*USCIS filing fee and expenses are not refundable.
