Possessing with three law degrees, Mr. Chao focuses his practices primarily on employment-based immigration, such as EB-1A, EB-1B, EB-1C, National Interest Waiver, PERM labor certification; non-immigrant visas, such as H-1B, L-1A, O-1, and R-1; family-based immigration; removal proceeding; asylum; and naturalization. He is a frequent speaker at local radio stations on a variety of legal concerns for immigrants. Mr. Chao has published articles and makes frequent contributions to local newspaper on various legal issues. His community services include ongoing pro-bono activities with charity institution, bar association, and senior citizen organization.

Mr. Chao is admitted to practice law at all courts of the State of Texas and the State of New York. He received his Bachelor of Law degree from Soochow University, Master of Law degree from the University of Iowa, and Juris Doctor degree from Paul M. Hebert Law Center, Louisiana State University.
