Our attorney fees are reasonable, manageable, and competitive, while we commit our skill and experience of our services remain superior and excellent.
We provide the most comprehensive services with a competitive fee package "Approval or No Fee*" for National Interest Waiver (NIW), EB-1A and B petitions. For those petitions, our fees include drafting and revising six recommendation letters, drafting the petition letter, preparing petition package, submitting the package to USCIS, and responding to RFE, without additional charge, if any.
For our "Approval or No Fee*" service, if your petition is denied by USCIS in an unlikely circumstance and you decide not to file any motion by sending a written notice to us, we will refund your attorney fee to you while filing fee and expenses are not refundable.
"Approval or No Fee*" Package (NIW & EB-1A & B only)
Attorney fee: $2,250 due when attorney-client agreement signed, $2,250 due when package of the petition is ready to file
USCIS filing fee*: $580 each petition
Expenses*: $50 for USPS shipping, copying and printing, or $100 if overnight or private courier is requested
Refund: if the petition is denied in an unlikely circumstance and a client decides not to take any further action by sending us a written notice, attorney fee $4,500 will be refunded to the client
*USCIS filing fee and expenses are not refundable.
